![]() ![]() The staff is excellent- friendly, informative, helpful and welcoming. The sessions are fun – just as challenging as you want them to be. I do a lot of virtual sessions because of a crazy schedule. I can go 4-5 times a week! It’s fun…Everyone is super nice and helpful, especially if you have any chronic pain or injuries (always give me options to protect my lower back). It makes me workout much harder than I would on my own, at a fraction of the cost of a personal trainer. ![]() I love working out at Eat The Frog Fitness! Amazingly large clean facility, great music, fantastic coaches who know how to motivate, and most importantly workout programs that ensure you see results! I have not been this motivated and excited to work out in a really long time! Great music too! The coaches are amazing, but if you need to workout at a non-peak time you can still get a great workout in a virtual class! True full body workout that focuses on functional training – allowing for a challenging workout but not grinding the body/joints. ![]()
